Frequently asked questions

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. For it to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and in its original packaging. To start the process, contact us at info@construyendote.com before sending anything: returns are not accepted without a prior request. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method. As in the entire EU, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days; all the details are in our Refund Policy.

When will I receive my order?

Each copy is printed on demand at a production facility. With standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 12 to 16 business days, and with priority shipping, 10 to 14 business days. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed: holidays or shipping issues may extend them. More details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all shipping methods include tracking. You will receive the link as soon as your order is shipped.

Where are your products manufactured?

Each copy is printed on demand through our printing partner, with production facilities in the European Union. As it is produced within the EU, your order arrives without customs procedures if shipped to mainland Spain. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, taxes or customs procedures may apply and be the responsibility of the recipient.

How much is shipping?

Shipping terms are subject to change. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will always apply. Standard shipping is currently free on all orders to Spain. If you want to receive your order sooner, you can choose priority shipping for €8.99 at checkout. You will always see the price before completing your purchase.
